I got this to try as my other half has digestion issues and was hoping probiotics would help him some as his are bad enough where it cause me personal concerns. It comes in a set of 4 boxes where the pills are broken down into a probiotic and a fiber pill.Pills are taken twice a day. It can be a bit much to add in 4 extra pills a day. Though it works better if you take each set of pills with a glass of water about 30 minutes before dinner. As of yet it seems to be working for him as he is going easier and there has not been any blood since he started them. This is one of the best reasons I am happy to try this product and I hope it works as well for others.
